Our term time weekly classes offer 3 age groups – join at any stage. Activities are tailored to experience and ability within each age group.
Holiday Camps
Our holiday camps run during most school holidays offering fun packed full or half days.
First Awards Scheme
Our bespoke awards scheme recognises gymnasts’ progress as they develop their skills, adopting our Smile, Move, Grow values.

Weekly Classes
During each Class, the children work in small groups where we aim to match the child’s competencies and help them to progress. Each of our 3 Key Stages, follows an established course structure – centred around the development of the child.
Our Gymnasts MOVE through our programme… GROW their skills and confidence… keeping it fun with a SMILE on their faces!

Holiday Camps
We offer fun packed days for the children, using our First Gymnastics Holiday Camp program developed & adapted over many years.
Each day will be different but will include lots of games, opportunities to learn, develop & practice core gymnastics skills, use of equipment such as bars, airtracks, trampettes, vault and benches plus fun competitions and challenges. We make sure to add in some chill out time as well as time outside in the fresh air each day, weather permitting.

Gymnastics for All
Our classes & holiday clubs are recreational which means they are for enjoyment.
We establish, develop and advance core Gymnastics skills in a fun, safe and engaging way building strength, flexibility, stamina, agility, coordination, balance, power, confidence & resilience.
We use exciting Gymnastics equipment such as bars, trampettes, airtracks, vaulting blocks, spring boards, benches and of course mats.
We bounce, tumble, spring, turn, swing, balance, rotate, stretch and spin.
We recognise progress and reward values demonstrated.

Coaches
Our coaches have all the relevant qualifications & checks to deliver Gymnastics classes: DBS checks, Level 1 or 2 Gymnastics coaching, and Safeguarding. At least one coach in any class will also be a first aider.
Beyond this we look specifically for people who are enthusiastic, creative, enjoy coaching recreational gymnastics and can build great rapport with all of our Gymnasts.
To cement their understanding, coaches all receive specific training on how to deliver the First Gymnastics programme in line with our core values.
